HRB335 HRB400 HRB500 Construction steel bars Rebar
PRODUCT CATEGORY
Reinforcing steel refers to steel for reinforced concrete and prestressed reinforced concrete, which is circular in cross-section and sometimes square with rounded corners. Including smooth round bars, ribbed bars, torsion bars. Rebar for reinforced concrete refers to straight or coil-shaped steel used for reinforced concrete reinforcement. Its shape is divided into two types: smooth round steel bar and deformed steel bar, and the delivery state is straight and coiled.
The steel bars configured in reinforced concrete structures can be divided into the following types according to their functions:
①Structural bars—steel bars that bear tensile and compressive stresses.
②Stirrups—bear part of the cable tension stress and fix the position of the stress tendons, mostly used in beams and columns.
③Standing bars—used to fix the position of the steel hoops in the beams to form the steel skeleton in the beams.
④Distributed ribs—used in roof panels and floor slabs, arranged vertically with the stress ribs of the slabs, to transfer the weight evenly to the stress ribs, and to fix the position of the stress ribs, and to resist thermal expansion and contraction caused by cold temperature deformation.
⑤Others—structural tendons configured due to structural requirements of components or construction and installation needs. Such as lumbar tendons, pre-embedded anchor tendons, prestressed tendons, rings, etc.
The mechanical properties of steel bars shall meet the requirements of the following table
Grade | Nominal Diametermm | σs(or σp0.2)Mpa | σbMPa | δ5% |
HRB335 | 6-2528-50 | 335 | 490 | 16 |
HRB400 | 6-2528-50 | 400 | 570 | 14 |
HRB500 | 6-2528-50 | 500 | 630 | 12 |
By diameter:
Steel wire (diameter 3~5mm), thin steel bar (diameter 6~10mm), thick steel bar (diameter greater than 22mm).
According to the structure function:
Compression bars, tension bars, erecting bars, distribution bars, stirrups, etc.
Reinforcing bars are now widely used in any building, which provides better evidence for the progress of human beings. It is also the inspection of the quality of steel bars. When the components are reinforced according to the minimum reinforcement ratio, the steel bars are replaced according to the principle of (equal area).
